Attach it to your vehicle for a super-sturdy base for your flag and whip when you’re out tearing it up, and pop it off and stow it when you’re back to the 9-to-5 grind. Attaches with a powerful vacuum mount; adjustable to five different angles (0, 30, 45, 60, and 90) to give you the perfect set up every time. Accommodates flag poles from .25” to .5” in diameter.
