Some of the most common questions we hear are:

• “My SeaSucker won’t stick!”

• “Is my product defective? The orange indicator band won’t disappear when I pump it up.”

In many cases, the issue is related to the white plastic protective cover that comes on most SeaSucker vacuum cups. This cover is designed to protect the cup from dust, debris, and damage during storage or transport.

Important: You must remove the plastic cover before using your SeaSucker mount. The cup won’t create a proper seal if the cover is still on.

We recommend keeping the protective cover and placing it back on the cup when the mount is not in use. This helps extend the life of your SeaSucker product and ensures optimal performance.
