Over time, your SeaSucker vacuum pump may collect dirt or debris that affects its performance. If the pump won’t fully engage—or has become harder to pump—you can pull it out of the housing and inspect the internal spring for damage.
If the spring looks fine, apply a small amount of lubrication to the rubber O-ring near the tip of the pump, then reinsert the pump back into the housing.
